With two laser beams , Lesta system can locate any selected box, drawer, or door front and autonomously generate the painting path & controllable painting parameters.
An operator just enters the size of the part, loads and unloads the carousel and the two lasers acquire the location of the part and takes care of generating the painting path, applying the preselected painting parameters and gun distance for a consistent finish, and even adapting the path if there are different sized pieces.
The 3D Scan will automatically see the three-dimensional geometry of the piece along with its position and generate the painting path and preselected painting parameters and gun distances for a consistent finish of all parts that fit inside the viewing window.
An operator sets the painting parameters that will be applied to all parts being painted, including gun distance and angle. Operators then loads and unloads the carousel or conveyor. every part will be scanned, autonomously generate the program, and paint it consistently every time.
There are two ways Lesta robots automate the finishing process so you can increase capacity without hiring. In a weightless self-learning mode, the robot duplicates the precise movements of your best painter and repeats them on future parts. Or, it can be programmed using a 2D or 3D scanner to paint panels, drawers, boxes and doors.
