LestaUSA Integration
BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER

The LestaUSA Integration Center

One of the biggest challenges in the finishing industry is navigating all the moving parts so your solution comes together seamlessly.

That’s the inspiration behind the LestaUSA Integration Center.

Think of a successful automated painting and finishing system as a chair. We’re only one leg of that chair. Without the other three – you, your local equipment distributor, and your paint / powder supplier – your system would be compromised.

Built, Integrated And Tested In The USA

Lesta robots are built, integrated and tested in the LestaUSA factory located inside DeGeest Corporation in Tea, South Dakota.

Once a robot is built, it moves over to our Integration Center where we integrate all related safety and finishing equipment needed for each unique system. From there, it enters our Test Lab where we do run-off.

Which means we test every available feature;

  • From your particular finishing system
  • Selected painting parameters
  • Communication of safety features and conveyor logic

After everything is ready, we also offer an opportunity to bring all invested groups together for training on your system. That way when you leave, you can rest assured your system is going to work just as you intended on Day One following installation.

DeGeest Thought Paper Fresh Approach

It’s Time to Look at
Integration Differently

Technology is a big investment. While any integrator can bring you the goods, you should dig deeper to ensure your investment will lead to the ROI you need to make it worthwhile.

With solutions born in an actual production environment, DeGeest takes a fresh approach to integration that delivers peace of mind. It involves looking at people and processes to understand your pain points, then putting a solution together that will do exactly what you need it to do.

Nothing more. Nothing less.

Even Suction And Blow-Off Is Easy

Lesta robots can suction or blow off trapped water on parts during paint prep to free up your people to do other things. Less moisture means fewer paint defects.
